وتتحدث الأغنية عن الطاقة الإيجابية وحبك لنفسك، واستطاع الكليب أن يقترب من مليون مشاهد علي موقع الفيديو الشهير " يوتيوب"  ، وكليب " Good Thing " هو من إخراج وارن فو .
